  • Risks and asks. What could go wrong, and asks with a name and a date.

How to use it

  1. Write the TL;DR so it works on its own.
  2. Go yellow the moment something is at risk.
  3. Keep Needs attention separate from progress.
  4. Give every ask a name and a date.
