AI Agent Readiness Assessment: how it works

Before an AI agent takes over a piece of work, check whether the work is ready for it. Score one workflow on ten readiness dimensions (process clarity, business rules, exceptions, data, system access, integration, security, ownership, measurement and change readiness), then its value and risk, the autonomy you want and the evidence you already have.

The read-out gives a readiness score out of 50, the autonomy level your evidence supports on the ladder from Manual to Operate, whether the opportunity is a quick win, strategic, experimental or a poor candidate, and the next step: build a bounded pilot, blueprint it first, do discovery first, or fix the process before automating anything. It names the three weakest dimensions with the first move for each. Everything runs in your browser and nothing is sent anywhere.
